What we need from you to get started, and how we work together once you're on board.

Carrier Requirements

To partner with Reliant Link LLC, carriers must provide:

  • Active MC/DOT Authority (minimum 30–90 days active)
  • Valid Certificate of Insurance (Cargo + Auto Liability)
  • Completed W-9 Form
  • Notice of Assignment (if using factoring)
  • Valid CDL / Driver's License
  • Truck & Trailer Registration
  • Voided Check or Bank Letter (for direct deposit)
  • Signed Dispatch Service Agreement

Dispatch Policy

  • Dispatch fee: We charge a transparent, competitive percentage based on the truck type, keeping your ultimate satisfaction in mind.
  • Carrier maintains full control — no forced dispatch, all loads confirmed by carrier before booking
  • 24/7 dispatch support and load tracking communication
  • Payment/settlement handled per broker terms; dispatcher does not hold carrier funds
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
  • All shared carrier data & documents are kept confidential and used solely for dispatch/booking purposes

Reliant Link LLC does not sell or share carrier information with third parties outside of load booking, insurance verification, and factoring purposes.
